Yahoo! offers many great services to the web development community via products & platforms such as the Yahoo! User Interface Library (YUI), the Yahoo! Query Language (YQL), etc. Another such service that perhaps isn't quite as well known is the YUI Theater. The Yahoo! YUI team films and distributes an outstanding collection of tech talks on various web technologies given by industry leading experts.
